Tetra CoolPeel

The Coolpeel is a superficial CO2 laser treatment. Traditional CO2 lasers have long been the gold standard for non-surgical skin rejuvenation. However, their significant downtime has been a deterrent for many clients.

Cool Peel uses SmartXideTetra CO2 laser to provide the benefits of a traditional CO2 laser but with minimal downtime because it decreases the amount of lingering heat. It delivers high energy in extremely short pulses to remove damaged skin, revealing healthier and younger looking skin.

  • It reduces the appearance of pores, fine lines, acne scars, texture, and sun spots while also tightening the skin.

  • The Cool Peel can be used in all skin types. However, darker skin types may need to pretreat with a topical agent for a few weeks prior to their treatment.

  • The Cool Peel can treat your face, neck, chest and hands. It can also be used to treat scars on your body.

  • It is a little “spicy” and can be performed without numbing. A zimmer machine can be used to blow cold air on the treatment area, making the treatment very tolerable. You also have the option of numbing if you prefer.

  • There is minimal downtime, but expect to be slightly sunburnt looking for 1-2 days. Avoid direct sunlight and always wear sun protection like a hat and SPF 30+ regularly if you are going to be out in the sun. Avoid working out for 48 hours, exfoliants for 1 week and retinol for 2 weeks.

  • We recommend 3-5 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart for the best results. The Cool Peel can also be added on top of a Virtue RF Microneedling treatment for the ultimate skin resurfacing and tightening duo.

  • You’ll notice immediate results within the following 10 days but your skin will continue to improve in the next 3-6 months as the collagen builds. Add on growth factor serum to speed up the recovery process and get even more drastic results.
